Meet Nate & Kim Newman
We're Nate & Kim Newman — husband and wife, and freedom chasers. Nate spent 29 years in education, including as principal of one of the largest high schools in the district, and still works full time as a school administrator. Kim is a CPA who spent 11 years in corporate America. We walked away from the limits of a paycheck to build a travel business that gave us our lives back — and now we help others do the same.
Our Journey
We were tired of trading time with our kids for a paycheck that never stretched far enough. So in 2015, we took a leap — no experience, no industry connections, just a passion for travel and a willingness to learn.
We built our income two ways at once — booking travel for our clients and growing a team of like-minded entrepreneurs. It wasn't overnight — there were late nights, learning curves, and moments we weren't sure it would work. But we stayed consistent, leaned on mentorship, and kept showing up. Those two streams replaced our salaries and gave us back our time. Today that team has grown to more than 4,000 people worldwide — everyday people who decided they wanted more and said yes to building it.
This business changed everything for us. We moved into a new home. We drive the cars we always dreamed of. We're able to take care of our 93-year-old grandmother because of this business. We watched our kids grow up and took them to places we once only dreamed about — and we never ask permission to take a vacation again. More than the money, it gave us our lives back — and the freedom to be present for the moments that matter most.
The most rewarding part? We've helped thousands of families do the same — single parents, retirees, teachers, bus drivers, people from every walk of life who started with no experience.
